Yes, we encourage every student to take advantage of an initial consultation. If you have never experienced Skype Spanish lessons, this is a perfect time for you to ask questions and experience one-on-one private tutoring. We’ve designed a stress-free experience that will guide you one step at a time.

Each Skype Spanish lesson is 55 minutes. You will work one-on-one with a professional bilingual and bicultural Spanish tutor.

At the end of your free Skype consultation, your tutor will make a recommendation based on your goals and timeframe. Most students take 3 lessons each week consistently, making plan ‘THREE’ the most popular plan. Want to go faster? You can choose to take up to 7 lessons per week. You will find up to plan “SEVEN” once you register for a student portal account. If you haven't done so already, we suggest you start by booking a fun and informative consultation.

We highly recommend you look into the different subscription plans we offer. Quarterly plans allow you to book up to 12 weeks in advance, giving you priority to select the days and time that work best for you. You will find this, and more options inside your student portal.

Definitely! If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your plan, you may do so inside your student portal at any time.

Yes, your credits will expire at the end of each billing cycle. Your plan will automatically renew each month, make sure you stay consistent with your lessons (it will be key to your success!).

Every student has access to a student portal. Your student portal will allow you to subscribe to a monthly plan, book your Skype Spanish lessons and make changes to your schedule 24/7. Click here to create and account and start immediately.

You will have full control inside your student portal 24/7. We respectfully ask our students for 12-hour notice to make any changes to the schedule.

You can pay for your lessons with any major credit or debit card inside your student portal.
Your payments are processed using the most secure payment processors available. Stripe exceeds the most stringent security standards, it is SSL Protected, and PCI Compliant. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security
We use Stripe (the leading online payment processing company) to process and protect your money, so your payment information will all go through them. You may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. For help, please call us anytime.

No, there are no fees for students. Fees are paid by Spanish55 directly to the credit card processing company.

The transaction should be posted to your bank statement almost immediately. If you have waited a couple minutes and still don’t see it please contact support@spanish55.com with the details

The student portal will not email you a confirmation automatically, sincere apologies for this inconvenience. However you may download or print your receipt inside your Student Portal :)

To cancel your subscription you must manually do it inside your student portal.
1. Go to "Subscriptions" on the top menu inside your Student Portal
2. Select "My Subscription"
3. Click "Cancel recurring"

If you need a refund please contact our scheduling team at support@spanish55.com . Refunds will be prorated depending on the number of lessons used and adjusted for any price breaks inside our subscriptions. We’re sad to see you go :(
