Getting Started +

How do I get started with Spanish55?
You will first book a complimentary consultation over Zoom so you can meet a Spanish55 Coach and learn about our service.

What happens after the consultation if I’m ready to start lessons?
Once you’re ready to begin, you’ll create a free account inside our Student Portal.

What is the Student Portal?
The Student Portal is your all-in-one tool for booking your Spanish lessons, managing payments, rescheduling lessons, etc.

Who do I contact if I need help getting set up?
Our Admissions team is ready to help! You can reach them by email (admissions@spanish55.com), live chat here on our website, or phone during business hours.

Lesson Structure and Scheduling +

How long is each Spanish lesson?
Our private Spanish lessons are always 55 minutes.

How do I book future lessons?
You will book your lessons inside your Student Portal. There, you’ll be able to view your Spanish55 coach’s schedule and choose the times that work best for you.

How do I cancel or reschedule a lesson?
You can cancel or reschedule lessons anytime in your Student Portal, changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Subscription Plans and Lesson Packages+

Can I try a Free Spanish lesson before paying for one?
Yes! We encourage every student to start with a Free Zoom Consultation. It’s a great opportunity to experience one-on-one coaching and ask questions in a stress-free setting.

How do I know which Spanish Language Subscription plan to pick?
At the end of your consultation call, your Spanish Coach will recommend a plan based on your current level and desired goals. Most of our students take 2-3 lessons per week and start speaking confidently in just a few months.

What are Monthly Plans?
Monthly plans allow you to book up to 4 weeks in advance. The plan renews automatically every 4 weeks and can be cancelled anytime inside your student portal.

What are Quarterly Plans?
Quarterly plans allow you to book up to 12 weeks in advance and secure your preferred schedule. The plan renews automatically every 12 weeks and can be cancelled anytime inside your Student portal.

What are Lesson Packages?
Lesson packages offer long-term flexibility with extended credit validity:
• 20 lessons (valid for 24 weeks)
• 50 lessons (valid for 52 weeks)
• 100 lessons (valid for 104 weeks)

Can I change my plan as I see fit?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime inside your Student Portal. Our Student Success team (success@spanish55.com) will be available to make things easy.

Will my credits expire if I don’t use them?
Yes, all credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Staying consistent is key to success!

Can I get a refund for unused credits?
If you submit a refund request within 30 days of your plan’s expiration, unused credits may be refunded. Email Student Success (success@spanish55.com) for the form and next steps.

What qualifies as an emergency for credit return?
Major illness, accidents, severe weather, or similar unexpected events. Documentation may be required.

How much are online Spanish Lessons?
Pricing for lessons depends on the frequency of lessons. The cost of our private 55-minute lessons start at $29.

What is the cost of a subscription plan?
The cost of your monthly or quarterly subscription plan is based on the number of lessons you plan to take each week. For example, if you choose to take 1 lesson per week and book lessons up to 4 weeks in advance, you would select Plan ONE, which costs $140

Payments, Billing and Support +

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Are there any fees for paying online?
No, Spanish55 covers all transaction fees. Pricing is transparent and there are no hidden fees.

Reach out to our Student Success team by email (success@spanish55.com) or live chat. They’ll help resolve any payment concerns quickly. Expect fast responses from our team! If we are busy, we promise to get back to you within 24 hours on weekdays. For urgent matters, live chat or phone support is fastest.

I didn’t receive a payment confirmation email.
The Student Portal doesn’t send automatic email confirmations, but you can download your receipt inside your student portal.
