How the Reimbursement Process Works
• Select a Course: After completing a trial lesson with a Spanish55 tutor, employees can select any of our tailored Spanish programs. Spanish55 provides detailed documentation outlining the course structure, learning objectives, and costs.
• Discuss with Your Manager: Employees should review their educational goals with their manager to ensure alignment with company objectives and receive preliminary approval for the course.
• Submit Documentation: Employees submit the provided documentation for approval through their company’s tuition-assistance or professional-development program. Employees initially pay for the course and then seek reimbursement afterward.
• Complete the Course: Employees participate in the program, attend scheduled lessons, and complete all required assignments and assessments.
• Submit for Reimbursement: Upon completion, employees receive a certificate and detailed proof of participation and payment. These documents can then be submitted to their employer for reimbursement.
